Persian Feast

This food is so exciting! It is what I would choose to eat if I was getting married. Full of colour, flavour and freshness; spicy and herby but not too fiery, different but everyone seems to love it! It works particularly well served in a buffet style or banqueting style (ie in the middle of the table to share)
