ONE. The Initial Enquiry.

All you need to do is contact me and the process is underway. Tell me about your favourite foods and how you envisage your day and I will send you all the relevant menus, information and an estimate. You may prefer to meet me to run through these details in which case we can put a date in our diaries. 


TWO. The Quote.

Once you have established a venue, a provisional menu and approximate timings, I can draft a quote. All of the other expenses are dependent on the venue, and the style of your food – for example, you need more staff for a sit down meal than you do for a buffet, some venues have a kitchen, some will need a temporary kitchen brought in.  Staff and tableware hire are always charged at cost price.


THREE. Meeting and Tasting.

Come and taste the food. After the initial enquiry, come alone or bring your family and friends to a tasting in my home. We can iron out all of the details for your wedding. I will send you home full, happy, and with a confirmed quote on the way.

Tastings cost £25 per head - £50 will be deducted from your final invoice. Please note I prefer to organise tastings before the Wedding Season kicks off.


FOUR. Tweaks.

Nothing is set in stone yet, you can tweak ideas up until the week before your big day.


FIVE. The Big Day.

Don’t forget, this is your day and my team and I are there to make sure you enjoy it. My staff and I will be as flexible as possible to ensure the smooth running of the day.
