Prickly Pear was established in 1999

by Jane and Steve to cater for clients who care about food and see it as being extremely important in making an event successful and memorable.

I have had a passion for food most of my life.

Enjoying good food with family and friends is one of life’s greatest pleasures and for me to be able to make a living doing something I love is fantastic. Challenges in the kitchen inspire me and I often research food from particular cultures or historical periods for specific events. I try to create imaginative and exciting food for people with special dietary requirements.
