Jane started in business when she was 25 and due to spiraling demand for her imaginative creations and her eye for detail, she set up Prickly Pear in 1999 with her husband Steve. The business, which now employs 20 people, has enjoyed wall-to-wall bookings ever since, setting new standards in wedding catering. Jane creates food that looks, tastes and smells amazing and she and her professional team will fill you with confidence from day one of planning.
Prickly Pear is based in the rich landscape of the Brecon Beacons National Park and Jane has always sourced her produce personally and locally. Her food, and her ideas, are fresh and stylish and designed to fit perfectly with each couple’s day. Jane will sit down with you from the beginning to discuss styles, themes, menus and dreams – and you can leave the rest to her.
Many of Jane’s friendly staff have worked with her from the very beginning – a recommendation in itself – and they rub along seamlessly to deliver something very special, every time.
